Earnings Preview: Ingram Micro

Ingram Micro (IM) is expected to report Q3 earnings Thursday Oct. 23 after the bell, with a conference call scheduled for 5:00 pm ET.

Guidance

The consensus estimate is 23c for EPS and $8.44B for revenue, according to First Call. The company on Sept. 16 lowered guidance for Q3 to 18c to 23c on revenues of $8.3B to $8.6B.

Analyst Views

Thomas Weisel is estimating 22c and $8.36B in revenues and 46c and $9.46B for Q4. Weisel says that management commented that they saw weakness in all regions in SMB and consumer. Weisel is still modeling 13% QoQ rev growth, but that estimate is likely at risk.
