    Not clear to me, unless I'm missing something. Is, for example, an 8% increase shown for 10 years, for the total period, or per year? How can you make a chart without that info....

    You are right, no place for US persons, non-US persons or extraterrestrials to hide if their are investing in earthly stock markets
