Analysts are expecting a profit of 96c on revenue of $931.66M. The consensus range for EPS is 91c to $1.07 with a revenue range of $921.0M to $942.7M, according to First Call. Molson Coors underperformed on its Q2 results, reporting Q2 EPS of 93c vs. a consensus of $1.16.

Analyst Views

Although Molson shares were defended by Merrill Lynch and Banc of America said to buy shares on weakness, Molson Coors' stock has fallen over 30% since its Q2 report on August 5. However, on a positive note, Barron's highlighted Molson Coors on November 2, saying the company's shares were undervalued and that it could rise 50% or more, boosted by sales of flagship beer Coors Light and the company's distribution venture with SABMiller (SBMRY).

    I hope the hell they are right as I am in at 37... but the Boston beer clobbering has me nervous....then again tha tis a high end beer and Tap sells coors and keystone light...cheap beers for a recession
