Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Friday December 7.

Bullish Calls:

Cabela's (NYSE:CAB): "That is a cold weather play, and there has been a spate of warm weather. However, Cabela's is terrific, and I want to buy it. CAB might not explode yet, but it is good."

PDC Energy (NASDAQ:PDCE): "It's a good oil and gas company. It has Marcellus shale operations ... has Utica ... I'm a buyer. It has done nothing, though."

United Health (NYSE:UNH), Aetna (NYSE:AET): "UNH is good. I will see your UNH and raise you Aetna. They are going to have a big quarter next week. They are closing on that Coventry deal."

Toll Brothers (NYSE:TOL): "Toll Brothers had an unbelievable quarter, and that stock won't lift. I want you to pull the trigger."

Merrimack Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:MACK): "I think you need to buy more. I feel good about that one. This is a spec, and specs don't necessarily pan out, but I believe in MACK, and I want you to stick with it."

American Capital Agency (NASDAQ:AGNC): "I think that has surpassed Annaly. It has a high yield and has been able to monitor interest rates. Remember, with the fiscal cliff, it is going to be hard to figure out where these stocks are going to go."

Bearish Calls:

Finisar (NASDAQ:FNSR): "Take a pass on Finisar. People thought the quarter was good, and that is why they had that rounding pattern. It was starting to go up. I don't like that group. I don't like the companies or the customers. They are not paying up."

Hovnanian (NYSE:HOV): "I'm not going to buy that (Cramer prefers Toll Brothers)."

Annaly (NYSE:NLY): Cramer prefers American Capital Agency.
