Buffett decreased Berkshire Hathaway's stake in the following holdings:

It’s interesting to note that Buffett had filed a filing pursuant to a request for confidential treatment for his stake in Conoco Phillips. He certainly is aware of all the other copy cat investors who follow his every move, which explains the filing for confidential treatment of his COP stake.Another interesting fact is that Buffett seems to act like a typical dividend growth investor by selling over half of his stake in Bank of America (BAC), which cut its dividend by 50% several weeks ago.

It seems the BAC purchase, and decrease, were done by Lou Simpson, not by Buffett...

Check the 13F, and you will see that the BAC stake includes GEICO as a reporting person, whereas other big stakes dont. Besides, it is not Buffett's style to sell a stock one year after purchasing it.

NRG also seems to be a purchase by GEICO, whereas COP does seem to have been chosen by Buffett.

St. Warren has become a 10% yield preferred stock investor. Why don't these companies let the public get the same deal?
