Back to my favorite subject--the beer industry. The NYT had a short interview with Boston Beer Company (SAM) CEO Jim Koch.
Note Koch's statement that his company's sales are growing in Wal-Mart (WMT). This is important and a big stat to watch. As the industry has consolidated, distribution muscle may become all-important. Share of shelf is the first step to share of market.
