Stocks discussed in the lightning round session of Jim Cramer’s Mad Money TV program, Tuesday December 9.

Bullish Calls:

Gerdau S.A. (GGB): “I think Brazil could rally…Yesiree…buy buy buy…I like it. You got horsesense.”
McDonald’s (MCD): “ …reported blowout number, went up to 63, went back down. When this stock hits 55 I’ll buy more.”
Great Plains Energy: (GXP)

Bearish Calls:

Citigroup (C): “I like Citi…by getting some money from the government, Citi has bottomed. Let’s pull the trigger when we get to $5.50 ..right now, it is at the top of the range.”
Harley Davidson (HOG): “No no no …you need credit to buy a Harley…the company is flummoxed…I don’t want to buy here. I don’t trust it. I feel terrible because I really like the company.”
Unisource Energy (UNS): “I am not going to be a buyer, because it doesn’t have a good yield. I’d rather see you in GXP.”

Seeking Alpha Editor is rather drastic and mean by giving a bearish call on Citigroup. Give this revamped financial giant a second chance to worm its way out of the financial mess. If Citigroup continues to thrive, good for shareholders and the investing public, many of whom are severely burnt during the financial meltdown. vested

Anyone remember when Cramer loved Citi at 50 saying it was the "safest" of them all? How about RIG being "bulletproof" at 150 and FCX being "bulletproof" at 110? Why does anyone pay attention to this man?

Well, since you make the same post every time there's a Cramer article, maybe you could tell us why YOU pay attention to him? Clearly, you're in love.

Regardin Cramer, N.L., MD asks "Why does anyone pay attention to this
    man?"

    My answer is, why not?

On the other hand, if you blindly buy everything he talks about - you'll sink fast.

Hey, Doctor Norm (ret.), how can you not love a 63 year old man who acts like a sub-teen ager? I watch Cramer's show on CNBC primarily for entertainment, since I seldom permit a teen ager to make my investment decisions. Besides, he never promised me a rose garden. Nevertheless, underneath all that horseplay lurks a compassionate soul, which is probably his saving grace.
