Ashland (ASH): "I have to go ahead and recommended this one. At $8, I just don't think it's going to go much lower and it has a good dividend."

CPFL Energia (CPL): "I am liking Brazil again. This is a 9% yielder. This is a great time to get into a high-yielding utility in a country that is growing like mad."
