Panic Sell-Off in Emerging Market ETFs (ETFs: EEM, IFN, ILF, TRF)

The markets are a total mess; stocks are short-term much oversold. Can they stay that way? For a while, but expect some sort of rally to relieve this condition if only temporarily.
