With a large number of mid-sized and large-cap med-tech companies outperforming the market over the last three months, it's fair to ask how much of Boston Scientific's (NYSE:BSX) performance is based on real conviction that the company has turned the corner and how much is based on a sector-wide and market-wide melt-up.
