Stocks discussed in the lightning round session of Jim Cramer’s Mad Money TV program, Tuesday January 13.
Bristol-Myers Squibb (NYSE:BMY): “One of the best stocks I know. The dividend is safe…BMY is this market.”
Ashland (NYSE:ASH): “I think it has bottomed and it might not come back for 18 months, but I am willing to hold it till it does. That’s an inexpensive stock.”
Schering-Plough (SGP): "SGP is also in “Up” Mode.”
Kroger (NYSE:KR): “It’s the only supermarket chain I’m recommending on this show. Kroger is an absolute buy. I’m taking my hat off to them. They’ve really done a turnaround. That is one darn good stock.”
Dryships (NASDAQ:DRYS), Frontline (NYSE:FRO): “Baltic Dry Freight is now under $900…I would buy DryShips and I would buy Frontline here. The Baltic Dry has bottomed.”
Corn Products International (CPO Q): “I don’t find that stock compelling enough. It had a big run. I don’t see anything proprietary about it….don’t buy, don’t buy.”
