Jim Cramer's Mad Money Lightning Round Picks 6/5
Bullish calls:
MasterCard (MA): ' ... Vonage brought the MA pricing down, to the point that opportunity was clearly knocking. And you let it in, and you can still let it in up to $60 a share! And any stock that's up 2 bucks in this market? I say that stock is for me. I say two thumbs up, way up!'
Newmont Mining (NEM)
Schering-Plough (SGP): ' ... swap out of FRX and get into SGP.'
Las Vegas Sands (LVS)
Wynn Resorts (WYNN)
International Game Technology (IGT)
Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold (FCX): 'They had a problem with one of their copper mines ... Everyone's selling this because they think they we're about to have a recession. I think, down $5, I make my stand! I think FCX is too cheap to get rid of. It's at 9x earnings.'
Dynegy Inc (DYN): 'I got behind this one on the show, back on December 21st, when it was trading at $4.60. Today, it's $5.45. I call that a serious and respectable gain, and maybe you take a little off the table if you bought it down where I first backed it on the show.'
Bearish calls:
Vonage (VG)
Home Solutions of America (HOM)
Clear Channel Communications (CCU): 'I think that that company is really just supporting its own stock.'
Dell (DELL)
Ecolab (ECL): ' ... it's got some interesting services, the hotels, restaurants. No pizzazz. The stock is only 3 points off its high.'
Sun Microsystems (SUNW)
Forest Laboratories (FRX)
MGM Mirage (MGM)
