Overview
Bravo Brio Restaurant Group (BBRG) is an operator of two Italian restaurant brands; BRAVO! Cucina Italiana and BRIO Tuscan Grille. The idea of the two concepts is that of fine dining food at casual dining prices. The restaurants are carefully and thoughtfully decorated like a fine dining establishment and the food is top notch in my experience. The concepts are unique but similar, with Bravo offering slightly lower menu prices than Brio. In addition, Bravo offers more pasta dishes whereas Brio offers higher end offerings such as steaks and seafood.
