Bearish Calls:
Black & Decker (BDK): “Smack, smack, smack Black and Decker…Holy Cow they cut that thing down by a third… it’s still got a good dividend. It’s got the cash flow…it is incredible.”
Time Warner (TWX): “Think again, partner. Sell, sell, sell. There is nothing there. There are too many great assets that cannot be monetized.”
Nuance Communications (NUAN): “I think you gotta take the money and run..I say I’m a seller and I want you to take profits.”
Boston Beer (SAM): “No, no, no…Sam had a big move today. I think you gotta take profits here.”
Potash (POT), Mosaic (MOS), Agrium (AGU)
Dow Chemical (DOW): “I think the CEO [Andrew Liveris] there is gone…I think you’re going to flatline if you are lucky…I want you to sell sell sell.”

As for Black and Decker's dividend is a sure gonner. It's credit rating is flirting with being downgraded to BBB (one step away from junk). You know they're in trouble when the CEO says this quarter was "abysmal" and "our (bad) hedges virtually guarantee a loss for the next 3 quarters"...
fun times over at BDK.
