Weekend Follies: Press Releases While Nobody’s Looking

The following stocks release information at odd-ball hours over the weekend when investors are typically not looking at their screens. Basically they are sneaking news out and hoping to call it disclosure.

We caught two Nasdaq Companies in our net this week: FNB United Corp. (FNBN) released on Friday night while New River Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NRPH) thought they could slip one by on Sunday afternoon.
