Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Monday February 25.

Bullish Calls:

Air Lease (AL), US Airways (LCC), Southwest (LUV): "I like USAir. I also like AL, because the leasing business for airlines is good. I also like Southwest. I have finally got behind that group because of consolidation."

Travelers (TRV), AIG (AIG): "I like Travelers. I like AIG if it gets to $35."

Principal Financial Group (PFG), MetLife (MET): "Someone downgraded PFG to a sell. That is a good company. I do prefer MetLife, but I would not sell PFG."

H&E Equipment (HEES), Manitowoc (MTW): "I like that business. I like HEES. That group is coming in. I have been recommending MTW as a breakup play. I think that one will break up into refrigeration and cranes."

Bearish Calls:

EMC (EMC): "I don't like EMC. I didn't like that last quarter. Sell the stock."

Aflac (AFL): Cramer prefers Travelers and AIG to AFL.
