Bullish calls:
Smith Micro Software (SMSI): 'I think that we should stay long that stock, even up at $15. Let's sell at $16.'
Halliburton (HAL): 'The oil service stocks that I'm willing to buy are HAL, NBR, and SLB, where I'll do a 'mon-back right here.'
Schlumberger Ltd. (SLB)
Nabors (NBR)
Nokia (NOK): 'You do the fine print on that Siemens, Nokia deal and you will find that NOK is the winner.'
Allegheny Technologies (ATI)
Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (RIO): 'You know we like those Brazilian plays. That's a mineral play. Now the problem is, with every single mineral play, there's absolutely a hedge fund that has owned these things and is just getting killed. Patience matters! That is one of the greatest mineral companies in the world - I am sticking with it.'
Consol Energy (CNX): 'The old CNX is a good sleepin' stock! And I barely sleep.'
Grey Wolf (GW): 'I talked to a board member on GW. The company is smokin', but it's cohort can't get out of the way. Again, I say there must be a hedge fund that's under massive liquidation going into the quarter. Because GW, at $7, is two thumbs up, way up!'
Disney (DIS)
TXU (TXU): ' ... you ride that down to $55 and then you buy a little more.'
Bearish calls:,
Hercules Offshore (HERO)
Tekelec (TKLC)
XTO Energy (XTO)
Nektar Therapeutics (NKTR): 'Be careful. Next time it goes to 21 on any sort of talk on how big it's going to be in July, I want you to scoot.
Titanium Metals (TIE)
