Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Thursday February 27.

Bullish Calls:

Marathon Oil Corp (NYSE:MRO): “The only refiner I like are the integrated refiners. That's why I like Marathon Oil Corp. and you get the dividend.”
Del Monte Foods (DLM), Dean Foods (NYSE:DF): “The price is good. By the way, here's a twofer... I like Dean Foods Co. too, but it was easy to like DF, because they pre-announced a good number.”

Nucor (NUE), Allegheny Technologies (NYSE:ATI): “I do like Nucor if it comes to the $20s. And, if Allegheny Technologies Inc. comes down a lot, I might like that one too.”
McDonald’s (NYSE:MCD): “Is virtually in freefall at $52, with a great, great balance sheet and good dividend... Welcome aboard, MCD. Under $50 …That's my level to buy. That's where I'll pull the trigger.”
Alcoa (NYSE:AA): “… at these levels, AA is really interesting... so I am no longer going to 'dis AA at $6 bucks. As a matter of fact, I'm going to endorse it as a speculative play. Buy, buy, buy..."
Smith International (SII): “Cheap! Cheap!... Buy, buy, buy!... That stock is down too much… there's going to be consolidation in that industry.”

Bearish calls:

Calgon Carbon Corp (NYSE:CCC):Okay, this is a complicated one because, recently, The Wall Street Journal did a positive article about it… how it could be an Obama stock. Why is it problematic?... We're now discovering... there are no "Obama stocks... None... there is no way to make money off of this Administration.”
DuPont (NYSE:DD), Dow Chemical (NYSE:DOW): “No…DuPont’s dividend is not safe! I do not want to touch it… Boy, the DOW bonds are for sale... You don't want to touch Dow Chemical either.”

Western Refining Inc (NYSE:WNR): “I'm not getting behind that refiner.”
AK Steel Holding Corp (NYSE:AKS): “I don't like the steel companies right here, and particularly that one. Sell, sell, sell…We're not getting anywhere near that AKS. That was something that should have been taken over a long time ago. It didn't, and there's no takeovers coming in steel.”
International Paper (NYSE:IP): “Don't waste even another second on IP... Sell, sell, sell... They've done so much to wreck that company. I'm sorry to say that. Mr. Dillon must feel terrible about what's happened to this company. I don't want to touch IP.”
Valley National Bankcorp (NYSE:VLY): “You know what?... It's a bank, which means sell, sell, sell...”
Cedar Fair LP (NYSE:FUN): “This is that absolutely terrific theme park, and yet they missed their numbers and now suddenly it's in trouble. But they blew it, and therefore, I blew it.... It's a rough market. What, am I going to sit here and say I got it right? I got it wrong. That's why Barron's calls me a genius!”
Wendy’s (NASDAQ:WEN): “Well, Wendy's is a dice roll... Now, here's the problem with WEN... Why would you ever buy WEN, when McDonald's is virtually in freefall at $52?”
