Merck's (MRK), Teva (TEVA), and Barr Labs (BRL) : Cramer reports that Merck is planning to lowball its competitors when Zocor loses its patent protection, and calls this tactic "an attack on the generics, and it can succeed.’ Cramer believes that Barr Labs (BRL) could get hit hard and noted that Teva (TEVA) is already down 10%.

Morgan Stanley (MS) and FedEx (FDX): These two companies reported good earning and “touch every aspect of business.”

Best Buy (BBY): This company raised its dividend and is buying back stock. Cramer believes that investor should pay more attention to BBY.

Darden (DRI) : Cramer is impressed that Darden restaurants are not suffering from the high gas prices, and comments, “I find it interesting that it costs more to drive to Olive Garden than it does to eat at Olive Garden,"
