by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday March 5.

Bullish Calls:

BMC Software (NASDAQ:BMC): "I don't have great conviction on the fundamentals, so I won't recommend it on a takeover basis."

MGIC Investment Corporation (NYSE:MTG), Radian (NYSE:RDN): "This is a stock offering I want you in. I like Radian more, but with the offering, MTG will be off to the races."

Hospitality Properties Trust (NYSE:HPT): "I like that one. We have been recommending these REITS. Analysts hate these stocks, but they keep going higher."

Vale (NYSE:VALE): "I want you to buy more. This is our China play. This is an iron ore company. This time next year, it will be substantially higher."

Bearish Call:

Heinz (HNZ): "You've got to take the money and run. What can you do? You have to take the gain. That is what happens when you buy a good stock. You can make a ton of money."
