Weekend Follies: Press Releases While Nobody’s Looking

The following stocks release information at odd-ball hours over the weekend when investors are typically not looking at their screens. Basically they are sneaking news out and hoping to call it disclosure.

This weekend's catch includes five NYSE companies: Sanofi-Aventis (SNY), Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMY), GenCorp Inc. (GY), PrimeWest Energy (PWI) and Talisman Energy Inc. (TLM).

Included are also two NASDAQ-listed companies: Auxilium Pharmaceuticals (AUXL) and Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC), and one AMEX company: Bennett Environmental Inc. (BEL).
