Measurement Specialties (MEAS) is hardly a household name for most investors, as it barely has any sell-side coverage. Even so, the institutions which own nearly 90% of the shares haven't let the stock go unrewarded - like so many other industrial stocks, these shares are close to their 52-week high despite pretty unspectacular near-term expectations.
