Bear Morphs into Bull

Cramer says news that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates between 0% and O.25% is good enough reason for homeowners to consider refinancing. These moves by the Fed are "the real deal" and Cramer is a big believer in TALF, although he cautions fund managers to borrow against the TALF and buy asset-backed paper at discount prices, since he thinks the paper will increase in value. “Right now I have never seen a moment where the Federal Reserve is saying, ‘Here’s cheap money…Get back involved,” Cramer said.

“We’re at a seminal moment in terms of the bear morphing to a bull...in Ben Bernanke I trust."
