Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Wednesday March 13.

Bullish Calls:

CVS Caremark (NYSE:CVS): "That is a great idea. Someone downgraded the stock, and it didn't go down. That is what I call the power of positive thinking."

Sprint-Nextel (NYSE:S): "Wait until the deal finishes. Then we are going to swing down and pick up those shares."

Cummins (NYSE:CMI): "I think you stick with it even though the Chinese market is slowing. The truck builds have been terrific. I think CMI goes higher. I am not going to sell it."

Bearish Calls:

J.C. Penney (NYSE:JCP): "I can't recommend a stock whose fundamentals I don't believe in."

Pacira Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:PCRX): "I know this company. I've been hit by guys from Parsippany where it is located, saying I should have recommended it, and they were right. Now it has run too far. Now they have to take profits."

Micron (NASDAQ:MU): "It is on a tear, but that doesn't mean it has high quality merchandise or that it has momentum. I think the momentum will take it to $12, where I will sell."
