Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Friday April 12.

Bullish Calls:

Oasis (NYSE:OAS): "I like Oasis because it has Bakken assets. If you have Bakken, you are okay by me. I'm going to recommend it right here. Bakken is going to be the biggest (oil play) since Prudhoe Bay."

SPDR Dow Jones International Real Estate ETF (NYSEARCA:RWX), iShares Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate ETF (NYSEARCA:IYR): "I like the RWX. I like IYR even better."

Omega (NYSE:OHI), Health Care REIT (NYSE:HCN), Ventas (NYSE:VTR): "Omega is good. It has a 5% yield. I prefer HCN and Ventas, but yours is fine. It has had a run as many other healthcare REITs because of the search and hunt for yield."

EMC (NYSE:EMC): "I think it is terrific. We were thinking of buying more (for the charitable trust) because we are confident that the quarter is going to be okay. I would say 1 down and 3 up."

GNC Holdings (NYSE:GNC): "It is by far the winner in the space. I want you to take some here."

Verizon (NYSE:VZ): "Sell 50 on the chance this stock goes down, and then buy back 50. I say congratulations. More people have bought Verizon than any other stock I've recommended."

Bearish Calls:

Sandisk (NASDAQ:SNDK): "I really like Sandisk, but I cannot recommend that stock at its 52 week high. It has had too big a run."

Taiwan Semiconductor (NYSE:TSM): "It is another semiconductor company that is kind of sitting there doing nothing and taking up space."

Sandridge Mississippian Trust (NYSE:SDT): "I no longer believe that that one is going to have long-lived assets. I'm going to ask you to sell that stock."
