Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Thursday April 18.

Bullish Calls:

Campbell's (NYSE:CPB), Hershey (NYSE:HSY): "CPB has been good. They have it together. It is inexpensive versus other packaged goods, even though it has been a rocket ship. Who ever thought CPB and Hershey's would be best in show."

Salesforce (NYSE:CRM): "It will calm down. I would recommend it. I know the stock is rocky, and tech has been bad, but it is a good stock."

Bearish Calls:

Allot Communications (NASDAQ:ALLT): "They missed the quarter so badly, and now it is too low to sell."

American Woodmark Corporation (NASDAQ:AMWD): "It has run too far."

Cablevision (NYSE:CVC): "Cablevision is just okay. Others are better."

Cummins (NYSE:CMI), Caterpillar (NYSE:CAT): "The problem with those companies is China. They have too much China."
