Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday May 12.

Bullish Calls:

eBay (EBAY): "They've got new management, Skype has a good offering and Pay Pal is worth the price of the company."

Bank of Montreal (BMO): "I like this area a ton...there is a lot of controversy... the environment is so stern there, these banks didn't screw up. I'd go with Bank of Montreal."

Verizon (VZ): "I like Verizon. I like [CEO] Ivan Seidenberg...this stock has become a professional bow wow.... stuck at thirty, it trades like a bond...I have faith...the dividend will pay you to wait for a return."

Bearish Calls:

GT Solar (SOLR)

MBIA (MBI): "Alot of the plus in those earnings are not actual. I am not saying they are fibbing. I am saying there was a credit default swap game that I don't believe in..I also feel the actual earnings power of this company has been impaired..I don't want to buy it. In fact, sell sell sell."

MercadoLibre (MELI): "This is the eBay of Latin America...this business is making a comeback....but I'd rather buy the eBay of America."

eBay: "They've got new management." This current management is a reason to be bullish? You have to be joking. PayPal: this will survive only as long as it takes for the major credit card companies to get off their butts and offer their own card/terminal-less payments system (which they will do properly). If and when that happends, PayPal will very quickly wither onto the eBay-only vine.
