Nike (NKE) and Under Armour (UARM): Cramer dismisses rumors that Nike may buy UARM, and says that these claims are made as an attempt by hedge funds to get the stock up. "If you buy Under Armour, buy it for the fundamentals," he said.
Advanced Micro (AMD), EMC (EMC), Intel (INTC), and Dell (DELL): Cramer warned listeners against tech, saying that it is hard to find a bottom, since these stocks just keep going lower; "Every time you try to catch the bottom, it's just like a knife in your hand." EMC and AMD "represented a substantial part of what would go well this quarter, and they don't."
Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) and Procter & Gamble (PG): Cramer says that investors prefer these stocks because they could "go up $3, come down $1," and will not plunge like tech stocks.
