Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Friday May 15.

Bullish Calls:

Consolidated Edison (ED): "They had no cap in trade exposure, so it's good to go... ED has a fabulous mix. Again, I think that has the least exposure, however, one of the least exposure of most of the utilities... ED has a 6.7% yield that I think is fine."

Dominion Resources (D): "I do like Dominion even though it has a lower yield (than ConEd) I think it's a safer one right here."

SPDR Gold ETF (GLD), Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd (AEM), Eldorado Gold Corp (EGO), Randgold Resources (GOLD): "If we want to own mining, let's get the pecking order... First, we like SPDR Gold ETF as the direct play for gold... Second, we like Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd, because of the finding costs, and we like the CEO very much there... and that's Sean Boyd, who's been very honest, and is going to pay a big dividend... Lowest finding cost is Eldorado Gold Corp... And Randgold Resources Ltd. had a darn good quarter. That is my complete and utter panoply of gold...

Kinder Morgan (KMP), Enterprise Products Partners (EPD): "If you want yield, those are my yield plays."

Bearish Calls:

Pepco Holding (POM): "I'm worried... That yield is so abnormally large."

Teck Cominco (TCK): " I want you to take out all the house's money, and then I want you to take out another $3, which is a double. If you lock that in, and then let the rest run, you locked in a double, and you can't lose... and congratulations."

Hecla Mining (HL): "One of my absolute least-favorite mining companies."

I would not like to be associated with Cramer. He's got an absolute bad track record and is way too emotive to be a good investor.

From what I have been reading Cramer is completely wrong about Hecla Mines. It is a cheap stock that is due to go higher. They don't have a dividend, however a person could make some money with this stock going higher, which it had been as of this writting 9-17-09
