Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Tuesday April 30.

Bullish Calls:

Cree (NASDAQ:CREE), Eaton (NYSE:ETN): "Cree is a decent spec. If I want to do LED lighting, I believe in Eaton. The CEO, Sandy Cutler, has the LED story down cold."

International Paper (NYSE:IP): "It has had quite a move. It can go higher. A lot of the big money has been made, but it is still a well-run company."

Canadian Pacific (NYSE:CP), CSX (NYSE:CSX): "We missed a lot of the big move (in Canadian Pacific). I still believe in the stock. I think you can buy it. CSX is better, though."

Kroger (NYSE:KR): "It has done a lot with private label, it has done a lot with natural foods. KR is a winner still."

Bearish Calls:

BGC Partners (NASDAQ:BGCP): "We had the CEO (Howard Lutnick) on, and I thought it was an interesting story, but it didn't work out well. It has a good yield. If it gets back to $6-7, you have to go (i.e. sell)."
