CKE Restaurants (CKR), Skyworks (SWKS), Qualcomm (QCOM), Fortress Investments (FIG), Regents Financial (RF)

Cramer thinks the restaurants are performing less well because gas prices have gone up. However, he still recommends the laggard in the group, CKE Restaurants, because he thinks it has upside potential and predicts gas prices are on the way down.

On Apple's upgrade, Cramer would buy Skyworks, which makes chips for smartphones; "I'm always surprised when the iPhone sales are up that people don't reach for Skyworks," he said. Cramer also likes Qualcomm which has been stuck at one price, but has a potential of breaking out.

Cramer said Fortress' secondary was embarrassing; "I really think that the bankers sided with Fortress against the shareholders that bought it." he said and added that Regents Financial is really, really awful."

What about Qualcom's loss against (TSRA) and the roylaties that they will have to pay. The ITC says they gotta pay.....also there's been a "cease & desisit" order issued to prevent further sales of any Qualcom products.........Hmmmmmmm ????
