Bullish Calls:

Cubic (NYSE:CUB): "I like this combo of mass transit and defense. I think this stock is a winner... it is very interesting with Obama infrastructure and defense. I like that play."

Sears (NASDAQ:SHLD): "It's been cut in half and doubled which is a metaphor for the market. I cannot give you any solace right now..the stock has beaten back the keeps buying back stock. I remain a long-term believer in Eddie Lampert [CEO] and Sears."

Linn Energy (LINE): "That dividend is safe for at least the next 3 years...I'm sticking with Linn."

Nucor (NYSE:NUE): "Committed to its dividend... best in show."

Bearish Calls:

Level 3 Communications (NASDAQ:LVLT)

LSI (NASDAQ:LSI-OLD): "Incredibly cheap stock. I've been searching for a catalyst for ages. I don't have one...I'm in the don't buy camp."

AK Steel (NYSE:AKS): "It could end up being one of the top ten performers in S&P, but it has more than doubled. The only steel stock I'm recommending s Nucor."
