Steelcase (SCS) is one of the leaders in office and work environment products, with such offerings as furniture, seating, desks, lighting, storage, and more. After a few shaky years resulting from the financial crisis and resulting drop in corporate spending, the company is back on track, and has finished in the black for the past three years. A little-known player in the office supply sector, with cheap valuation and strong growth expected in the years ahead, Steelcase may be a better way to play the sector than some of the more traditionally thought-of office supply names like Staples (SPLS) and Office Depot (ODP).
