Colony American Homes (NYSE:CAHS), $245 million

Based in Scottsdale, AZ, Colony American Homes scheduled a $245 million IPO with a market capitalization of $3 billion at a price range mid-point of $12.25 for Thursday, June 6, 2013.

CAHS is a single family REIT. Both single family REITS that have IPO'd fairly recently are down from their IPO price: American Residential Properties (NYSE:ARPI) and Silver Bay Realty Trust (NYSE:SBY).

LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE:LITB), $79 million

Based in Beijing, CH24, LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. scheduled a $79 million IPO with a market capitalization of $446 at a price range mid-point of $9.50 for Thursday, June 6, 2013.

LITB is a China-based global online retailer, sourcing most products from China. Growth has been rapid over the past several years: top line revenue up 97% for the March '13 quarter compared to March '12 quarter, up 72% for 2012 vs. 2011.

Textura (NYSE:TXTR), $56 million

Based in Deerfield, IL, Textura scheduled a $56 million with a market capitalization of $294 at a price range mid-point of $14 for Friday, June 7, 2013.

TXTR provides "SaaS" on-demand software to the construction industry. Top line revenue increased 110% for the fiscal year ended September 2012 over 2011, and 58% for the six months ended March 2013, over 2012.

RCS Capital Corp. (NYSE:RCAP), $55 million

Based in New York, NY, RCS Capital Corp. scheduled a $55 million IPO with a market capitalization of $535 at a price range mid-point of $20 for the week of June 3, 2013.

RCAP's three subsidiaries perform services for American Realty Capital. The three subsidiaries are expected to pay 10% of their income to RCAP. RCAP is in essence a shell company with no other assets.
