Stocks discussed on Jim Cramer's Stop Trading! TV Segment, Monday July 13.

Goldman Sachs (GS)

After Meredith Whitney's upgrade, the news of Goldman Sachs' strong quarter is out of the bag, and Cramer would take profits in Goldman a day before its earnings report to avoid getting hit by selloffs on Tuesday.

Best Buy (BBY), Sandisk (SNDK), Discover (DFS), Rockwell (ROK)

Upgrades of Sandisk and Best Buy are the result of a "gadget buying rally" that was the result of cheap gas and increased consumer spending. Discover's upgrade is a sign "that the consumer losses have peaked. That is a very contrary call to what you read in the papers." Cramer noted Rockwell's upgrade as another bullish sign; "You buy Rockwell when the economy is ready to roar."
