Great Plains Energy: An Attractive Takeover Play Or Long-Term Holding

In the wake of Warren Buffett's recent decision to purchase Nevada's NV Energy (NYSE:NVE), investors should be asking themselves what made this utility company so attractive to the Oracle of Omaha, and are there other similar deals out there?
