Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Thursday July 16.

Bullish Calls:

Peabody (NYSE:BTU): "The only one (coal stock) that I am still endorsing is Peabody Energy Corp., and that is because the Communist Chinese are not as air quality conscious as we are."

Nordic American Tanker (NYSE:NAT): "I remain a buyer of Herbjorn Hansson's Nordic American Tanker… and Nordic is beginning to make a move."

Gannett (NYSE:GCI): "I thought that quarter was really something. They put it together. Maybe the cost cuts really will do it. I am not in a million years going to dump after that. I wish them the best of luck. I think that you will have a 50% move in Gannett."

UPS (NYSE:UPS), FedEX (NYSE:FDX): "I like UPS and I like Fed Ex, and Fed Ex was a major breakout today. I think that UPS is a great company. I like both of those stocks. I want to stick with UPS."

Bearish Calls:

Noven Pharmaceuticals (NOVN): "You sell, sell, sell... I do not want you to give back that gain. I want you to sell tomorrow morning. Do not mess with me… I know what I am doing."

Arch Coal (NYSE:ACI): "I am thinking that coal is not President Obama’s favorite fuel… I could be wrong… no, I am actually completely right. I want you to be a sell, sell, seller of Arch Coal."

NCR (NYSE:NCR): "I do not like the end markets of NCR… I am not going to recommend buying it… that stock has really got hammered ever since my friend, buddy, pal and supporter of Mad Money, Mark Hurd, left that company (to become CEO of Hewlett Packard)."

DryShips (NASDAQ:DRYS): "The thing does trade like a banshee...I am a seller of DryShips."
