Franklin Street Properties' Upside Is Questionable


Franklin Street Properties Corp. (NYSEMKT:FSP) is a Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") that owns suburban office space throughout the USA. It now seems to offer upside to the investor community for several reasons, and investigation of small cap stock's prospects is warranted. Dividend yield, some value, an improving entry point, and insider buying are offered; alongside deteriorating financials and an alarming Sell rating by Stifel Nicolaus, a top-tier firm.
