Era Group: The Spin-Off Has Significant Upside Potential

In this investment note, I will discuss the fundamentals and revenue upside triggers for Era Group (NYSE:ERA). Based on the thesis discussed below, I am of the opinion that the stock holds significant upside potential in the medium to long term. Besides the fundamental factors discussed for revenue growth and hence stock price upside, I would like to mention that the stock is currently trading at a discount of nearly 33% from its fair market value of assets.
