Blackwell Hall was my dorm my freshman year in college. It was also the worst dorm on campus, had the smallest rooms and beds that were most likely turned down by prisons. So you can understand my amazement when I went to the American Campus Communities (ACC) website and saw pictures of its dorms. I was blown away. Then I checked out the company and the financials some more. They were excellent. Then I noticed the stock was trading near its 52-week low, which I can't understand. ACC is a phenomenal company, and I see significant upside in the stock.
