Callaway Golf (NYSE:ELY) is one of the more well-known names in the golf equipment and apparel industry. The company has been manufacturing golf equipment for over 30 years, and today its products are sold in over 110 countries globally. The company has been in a rut over the last few years, with the impact of the economic malaise around the world contributing to a decreased demand for a leisure sport such as golf, which correlates, to a decrease in demand for new equipment and apparel.
