Helen of Troy (NASDAQ:HELE) is a manufacturer of many well-known personal and household products, with such brands in its portfolio as Vidal Sassoon, Revlon, Dr. Scholl's, and more. With most stocks up tremendously thus far in 2013, it becomes especially important to be selective when investing and to hunt down the remaining bargains in the market.
