Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. (RHP) is a newly created REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) that manages the properties of its former self, Gaylord Entertainment. Ryman's properties can be divided into two distinct groups.
On the one hand we have the four huge convention hotels (Gaylord Opryland, Gaylord Palms, Gaylord Texan, Gaylord National) which along with the smaller Inn at Opryland account for 93% of Ryman's revenue. The great thing about these properties is this (emphasis mine):
