Cramer's Lightning Round - Go To The Source With Las Vegas Sands (6/20/13)

by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Thursday June 20.

Bullish Call:

Las Vegas Sands (NYSE:LVS): "I like to go to the source (i.e. an actual casino stock rather than International Game Technology). I like Las Vegas Sands."

Bearish Calls:

American Capital Agency (NASDAQ:AGNC): "Stop looking there. I'm not going to get you into that stock, because that is one of the mortgage real estate investment trusts where you will not make up the principal loss with the dividend. You can argue otherwise, but that is my view."

SunPower (NASDAQ:SPWR), First Solar (NASDAQ:FSLR): "I don't care where a stock has come from, I care about where it is going. That is going to make me say sell, sell, sell SunPower. I don't like that cohort. First Solar is bringing down the whole group."

Parker Drilling (NYSE:PKD): "Always a bridesmaid, never a bride. That is my least favorite of the drillers. I just do not care for it. It has done better than some, but I don't think it is good quality."

International Game Technology (NYSE:IGT): "Is making a comeback. I saw analysts report saying things are doing better there, but remember, I like to go to the source. I like Las Vegas Sands. "
