Einstein Noah (BAGL) looks like a stock with upside due to its solid growth potential, solid cash flow and efficiency, and a lot of potential with several new initiatives. We see the company as having around 50% upside in the next twelve months with our $21 price target, and we like the company as a definite buy to get small-cap exposure to the restaurant industry.
