Datawatch (NASDAQ:DWCH) is a relatively unknown/old tech name in the midst of a major corporate overhaul. Founded in 1986, Datawatch specializes in transforming all kinds of data (structured, unstructured and semi-structured), into practical business solutions.

Being worth just $157M, Datawatch could almost be considered a micro cap. But with a promising deal pipeline, and recent transformative acquisitions, that is all about to change.
