Can Hill International Double?

Hill International (NYSE:HIL) offers construction services and construction related project management to its clients around the world. The company mainly focuses on large projects that last anywhere between a year to a few years, such as hospitals, stadiums, airports. After reaching a market value of nearly $800 million in 2008, the company is currently valued at $104 million, which may provide a lot of upside potential for the investors.

During the Great Recession, as the global economic activity fell sharply, construction companies suffered deeply. During this period, many construction companies took on large amount of debt in order to stay afloat. Even today, we are continuing to see the effects of the high debt on the industry.
