RF Industries: Poised To Prosper From The Telecommunications Build Out

RF Industries, Ltd. (NASDAQ:RFIL) markets connectors and cables to numerous industries in telecommunications. The company contracts out the majority of their assembly and manufacture to third parties and subsequently sells their products to telecom distributors. RF Industries is currently selling at an earnings yield of 10% and paying a 5% dividend. Importantly, revenues have grown substantially over the past few years:

The height to which revenues have climbed above appears to be likely to continue given the application of RF Industries 4G cable technologies to the current telecom buildout. Further, the corporation is capitalized in a conservative manner (RF Industries 2012 10-K, p. 17):
