Trade Street Residential: Potential Liquidity Event Spells Trouble For Longs


Trade Street Residential (NASDAQ:TSRE) is an owner-operator of apartment buildings in the US. The company is the result of a dizzying array of mergers, joint ventures and recapitalizations (read the 10-Q for further color) and as a result, has only operated as TSRE for the span of a few months beginning in 2013.
