Fulton Financial Corp. (FULT) is a $2.3 billion regional financial holding company with $16.6 billion in assets. The company is headquartered in Pennsylvania and operates more than 270 offices through six community banks in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Virginia. I thought it was an appropriate time to review Fulton because of the material changes and improvements the company has made over the past year as it is now far from the bank described in its previous article on SeekingAlpha.com, titled Danger Zone.
